Digital Download Refund Policy

Dark Psychology sells digital products. No physical item is shipped, and no physical return is required.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are available for duplicate purchases of the same digital product or download problems that our support team cannot resolve. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or dissatisfaction after digital access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms apply to both full-price and discounted digital products.

How to request help or a refund

Email ecomwicky@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the duplicate purchase or download problem. For download issues, please first check your spam folder and let us know any error message you received. We will help restore access or investigate the problem.

Refund processing

We will notify you after reviewing your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms apply to purchases made on or after October 13, 2026. Earlier purchases remain subject to the refund terms offered at the time of purchase.
